Events and Specialist Productions Ltd (ESP) were contacted by JDA International (JDA) and asked if they would be able to design and build a completely bespoke exhibition stand for a very imminent exhibition, to be held in Earls Court, London.
Despite it being the very highest point of the exhibition season, with plenty of other projects in full swing; ESP’s experience, professionalism and most importantly capacity – allowed us to undertake this very time challenging project!
8 Day Exhibition Stand Turnaround from Design to Construction
With only 8 working days from JDA’s initial enquiry to the first day of stand build, and during a very busy exhibition season, the ESP team created innovative stand designs, produced all health and safety documentation for the exhibition organisers, completed a stand build schedule for JDA, arranged all onsite services, printed the graphics and built the exhibition stand at their workshop in Surrey.
The project was completed and installed to site in Earls Court one full day before the exhibition opened. The Marketing Manager for JDA International was very happy with their exhibition stand. delivered at the very last minute!
